• The abstract should use MS Word
• Abstract should not exceed 350 words.
• Please ensure font is set to Times New Roman,11pt / FM Abhaya at 12 pt and single line spacing. Please do not alter set formatting (layout, margins, column width, line spaces, and text fonts).

• The abstract should include a brief introduction to research problem, Methodology, findings and conclusion

Mode of Presentation

Presentation Guidelines

The symposium is an opportunity for students to communicate their research to an audience from a broad range of ICH background. Researchers may present their research as an oral session onsite or online. The language medium for presentations may be Sinhala or English.

Oral Presentations (Power Point)

• Oral presentations commence every 20 minutes (15 minutes for presenting, 3 minutes for questions, and 2 minutes to transition to the next presenter).
• A multimedia projector and screen will be available for the presenters.
• Out of professional courtesy, all presenters and audience are expected to stay for the entire session.
• Presentation schedules will be strictly enforced.

• Deadline for abstract submission: 20th of September, 2023
• Notification of Acceptance: 05th of October, 2023
• Submission of revised abstract date: 20th of October, 2023
• Registration & Payment: 26th of October 2023 for students Rs. 1500.00 | Others Rs. 2500.00
• Conference Date : 08th and 09th of November, 2023
