Meeting at the Parliament
The Vice Chancellor of the University of Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA) Prof. Rohan Nethsinghe met the Hon. Prime Minister/Minister of Education Dr. Harini Amarasuriya and the Deputy Minister of Higher Education Hon. Dr. Madura Senavirathna on 5th March at the Parliament. The Dean of the Faculty of Dance and Drama, Senior Lecturer Mr. Rasika Kothalawala also participated in this meeting in which they discussed a number of important matters including the lack of teaching/learning spaces and student hostels at VAPA.
