Information and Communication Technology Center

The IT Center of the University of the Visual and Performing Arts was established as an independent center in 2010. As its main task, the center offers computer course modules for the students of all four levels in the three faculties. The aim of these modules is to enhance students’ overall knowledge in computer, multimedia and web applications and technical skills that are essential to carry out their day-to-day activities. The IT Center has six fully equipped computer laboratories in all three faculties to cater the requirements of undergraduates for their practical sessions of various course modules.

Following are the other services offered by the IT Center to the University in addition to its main activity of providing computer related modules for the degree programs.

  •  Managing Internet and email services of the University
  •  Maintaining the University website
